There are others whose fear is less extreme. They don’t let the fear dictate their major career and life choices. The simplest method of exercise is to find something that you like to do and then stick with it. Even a simple 15 minute daily bike ride to the grocery store or video shop pays off big dividends. It is developing that habit that makes the difference.

They say that “practice makes perfect”. Now do not worry too much about this. You do not actually have to be perfect. In fact many people will find you more interesting if you are not. The point is, the more you speak publicly, the more comfortable you will become.
