What Foods Cause Gout?

Holidays are specially difficult times to lose weight or even to stay at your actual weight. There is so much food and drink at the parties you go to, that you may feel overwhelmed. We want to give you a couple of options so you do not appear rude at the parties but you don’t gain any extra weight either.

Very briefly, I considered ordering more crab legs (the waiter kept asking me), but I knew there was no way I’d get through more than one cluster, if even that. Oh well.

Have a nut or two every once in a while and this will keep your sugar levels in check and will reduce your need for calories and extra food. The protein will also keep your energy levels up so you stay lively and alert during the party. Keep your water and protein levels up and your sugar and carbohydrates down and you will not feel guilty in the morning.
